Why we built Usantis
Two worlds, done properly
Most EU representative services are run by EU law firms that do not speak the US startup language. Most US compliance tools have no EU substance. We built Usantis to be both: a serious EU representative function with US-style self-service.
We spent the last decade building digital products and learning EU privacy law the hard way, by getting things audited. When we needed an EU representative for our own US company, nothing combined real legal substance with modern tooling. So we built it.
